The BOLD Knight Group is a leadership, education, and professional development company founded by Tammie Ross, MBA, a corporate executive, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), general contractor, entrepreneur, author, and creator of the Junior Knight brand.

Tammie’s career has been defined by her ability to lead, build relationships, navigate complex business environments, and create opportunities for growth.

Before launching her construction firm, Tammie spent years in corporate leadership, overseeing a $5.7 billion portfolio and managing strategic relationships with some of the most influential companies in the automotive industry, including Tesla, CarMax, and other major industry leaders. Her experience in strategic partnerships, business development, operational leadership, and complex commercial environments shaped her approach to building organizations and developing leaders.

She later brought that corporate experience into entrepreneurship, opening her own construction firm and stepping into the traditionally male-dominated world of general contracting. That transition gave her firsthand experience in building a business, managing construction projects, navigating the challenges of the industry, and challenging assumptions about who belongs at the table.

Her experiences also inspired her work as an author. Through her Breaking Ground, Breaking Glass Ceilings book series, Tammie explores leadership, professional advancement, resilience, and the strategies necessary to succeed in industries where women have historically been underrepresented.

Beyond corporate and professional leadership, Tammie is the creator of Junior Knight, a children's educational brand designed to introduce young people to leadership, confidence, critical thinking, decision-making, and the importance of building character. Through its stories and developing educational experiences, Junior Knight encourages children to recognize their potential and begin developing the skills that will help them lead in the future.

Through The BOLD Knight Group and its educational platform, The BOLD Knight Academy, Tammie brings these experiences together to develop leadership programs, professional development resources, educational curricula, books, and learning experiences for individuals and organizations.
